At Zulie Store, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the matter. We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund based on the circumstances.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any items where the customer has provided inaccurate or incomplete information (e.g., incorrect size, design, shipping address). As custom products are made to order, we encourage you to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
In the rare event that you need to return an item, it must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or an error occurred on our part.
